Catawba 2021 is the third instalment of our ongoing collaboration with our friends at Chepika Wines. This offering was fermented with our house culture in two french oak barrels that formerly held our Catawba 2020 and 2019 releases. After extended aging, the blend was conditioned on lightly pressed Catawba grape pomace. Dry and effervescent, this beer has notes of ruby red grapefruit, golden raspberry, and mandarin orange, with balanced acidity.
